When the word snow is spoken around here it shuts my part of the world down. Part of it is me I don't have to work in it are work on a car with it on it... I needed a break to repair some of my equipment so started with my tow truck and have it back in good shape got the breaks repaired all the lights working and battery's replaced plus made new battery box's for them. BTW like all fords of this vintage it totes two ignition modules :)
Took tire changer apart to fix a leaking rotation valve its the second time I have had to repair it for the same problem this time was a no do plastic parts cracked so ordered a new on. Thank you Coats for this fine P.O.S.
Next Pressure washer this is also my second go round with the unloaded last time was 2009. I could fix it again parts $50 a new valve 80 so put it back together and ordered a new unloaded. Note to self try some type of conditioner when stored are you will be back here again... One of the bolts its has been the same one both times rusty and broke removing it thanks to a welder and a flat washer it came out.
Last project of day I did cheat the customer that sold me my dud power Stroke came over and made me a new seat for the relief valve in my transmission jack he made it out of bronze. Old pix first of the seat that broke PLASTIC I forgot to take a pix of the new seat... Tonight its holding lift arms up on a lift tomorrow we will get something real heavy on it for a test...
