Tubeless tires have an added vulcanized inner bladder that tube type tires don't have. My tubeless tractors tires, from the little guys up through 13.6x28s like on my Fords, thru 18.4x38 4 and 6 plies like was on my 4010, 20, and 4230 all said Tubeless on the sidewall if so rated. The other thing is that the wheel has to be tubeless tire rated having an improved mating flange to assist in sealing the interface that's not necessary with TT tires.
