The last several days when I get on my loader tractor to load silage there has been an egg between the console and the seat. The neighbor has some "free range" chickens that eat out of my cattle self feeders along with their geese and ducks and guineas and a turkey. So I kind of figure they owe me an egg or two. Well, this morning there was no egg. I went ahead and fed the cows and when I put the tractor away a very impatient chicken was waiting for me to return. She hardly let me get off the step before she jumped up there and gave me my days payment. Thank you very much.
