Guess I'm lucky, 3 brothers and 4 sisters, dad passed in 76, in 89 we divided the farm, us 4 boys and two sisters each bought a portion from mom with her having life time living rights in the house.
I have since bought 1 brothers part and have purchased 95 acres of an adjoining farm. We lease our sisters part and still farm it together as a unit.
One brother passed two years ago so me and a younger brother are tending the farm now.
