Decided to try mounting the McKee 6 foot snowblower on the "new" JD 2140. It took a while and a few adjustments as it differs from the Cockshutt 40 three point. But eventually I was making the snow fly. I'm not familiar with JD 3 point hitch but it seems really hard to find neutral. I push the lever all the way forward and the blower settles to the ground. But try to lift it just a bit off the ground and it wants to lift all the way up. No detent at all. Plus I don't think there is any down pressure at all. Guess I need to get the manual out and study it.
