My neighbor has one like that, looks like it sat at the bottom of a ocean for 50 years. I used to borrow it from him. So for that I rebuilt it for him got rid of the broken half missing wooden bearings. Replaced With some pillow block bearings, found him some better wheels and welded and fixed up the frame work. So now I got a good packer now and he's got a refurbished one!!
