I know it is hard for some to understand, but gluten is in more products than you think. Wife’s side of the family is celiac. The wife did not want to do the testing but went gluten free to see if it would stop the migraines. It worked. She can tell very quickly if she ate something with gluten. I had no idea about the different issues it causes until I experienced it firsthand.
