From what I heard (and this is HIGH-LEVEL gossip here!), what you're looking at here is a reconnaissance photo from a botched mission. The NH operative slyly ventured into Case country, intending to infiltrate their ranks and gain valuable information. But something went wrong. The disguise he wore did not work! HE HAD TO FLEE OR HE'D BE CAPTURED AND DISGRACED, like all the other spies!
Down the path he went; darkness on his side. As he headed for the gate, lights off in an attempt to conceal his location, he found what appears to be some new form of security measure -- a pole by the fence, for no reason! He hit the pole. The Case's caught up with him, stripped the disguise and left his remains as a reminder for other would-be spies to NOT venture into Case Territory!
This incident is currently being ruled upon in International court. :wink:
