About 40 years ago I came down I-70 just after that happened on a side road in O'fallon, Mo. A long dump trailer hauling gravel to a ready mix plant pulled out of the dump ramp with his bed still up, and stuck the trailer in the 3 phase lines that fed about 1/3 of O'fallon's business district. The lines stopped him. When the truck started to burn he opened the door to get out, but at least had sense enough to realize to get clear of the truck before touching the ground, and they said he cleared that truck by nearl 15 feet before he hit the ground because of how hard he jumped.
