That's making the wild assumption the new Bronco isn't just a midsized body on frame Explorer type vehicle like they quit making back in 2010. So far they say it will only have a turbo 4 as the engine and might not be offered in 2 door version.
I never understood why the Ranger stayed small while the Explorer got bigger every year. Had Ford let the Ranger get bigger based on the Explorer frame it would have been a midsized pickup in the late 2000s with 3 cab configurations and never gone out of production.
