Drain off a measured gallon and weigh it.
Disposal wise if it is a good solution it should not be hard to find someone who would gladly take it off your hands.
Otherwise it is the same stuff many regions dump on the highway to help melt the ice.
An antifreeze tester is basically a hydrometer, it measures specific gravity.
The calcium will definitely cause an inaccurate reading.
Personally I would take the if it is not broke then don't fix it approach, some people will argue until they are blue in the face that calcium for weight is horrible nasty stuff that must be removed.
I just accept the fact that some day 20 or 30 years from now if I get sloppy on routine maintenance I might have to replace a rim on one of my 50 to 60 year old tractors that have had calcium in the tires since new.
