I guess i dont understand how a law written in 1880 for a very specific reason equates to discrimination today? It is going up to the majority of the people to vote on whether or not to retain the law, the result of that vote i would think would be where you could define discrimination. its no secret the way people were treated 100 years, 50 years ago, etc etc, but supposedly people have evolved and become ultra woke, so to me it seems like more of a sign that people are getting that kind of stuff off the books.
