The PTO on this the 4410 doesn't work just right. It turns slow even when it is not engaged. If I remember right when I push the clutch and engage the PTO lever it still turns slowly until I release the the clutch. Then it turns faster according to how fast I have the engine going and cuts well. The reason I can't remember is because I have an old M/F 35 diesel with a cracked ring or piston that runs terrible and blows oil out the dip stick tube. I Also have an old Ford gas 2000 I think. I have to it shut off to engage the PTO. The gas tractor was given to me because the engine was seized up. I got it running but it doesn't have much power. The 4410 I paid $10.00 for from a friend. Kind of like a joke. I'm sure that I got a good deal. I'm just kidding. I really like the old 4410. I call it the Beast. It is really ragged out but it's fun to use.
