i know for a fact any 560 or 660 running at 1000 rpm will open that gate. i bale with that same baler and open the gate at idle. so obviously his 560 has pump problems. it is not the 560 tractor hydraulics being under powered. it does not take much to open the gate. that tractor should be putting out 1500 psi if pump is good. very simple to get a guage tied into the pressure line with a T and try and lift that baler gate. also is the oil milky or clean?? just as i said check filters, oil level and if milky you have leaking pump suction, because you said it whines under load. i asked if oil was full and filters changed,, no answer. check pressure and report what you have.
