Purchased john Deere 1020.Must advance throttle to start,then engine races and must be throttled back but will die out if throttle lever is not advanced again repeating the over rev.cycle.With my hand on the linkage at the inj. pump I can regulte rpms with a little more stability but still eratic. Lots of air in fuel return line to tank. Is this normal? roosa master jddbgfc. thanks Owen
