Hey guys, i was mowing with my vac today. When it abrubtly came to a halt and killed itself. It broke the shear pin on the bush hog/pto shaft. I can start the tractor and it runs fine, but when i let up on the clutch, the tractor will stall out. I took the pto off, everything looks fine except for 2 missing teeth on main pto gear in the cover. The tractor rolls freely while in nuetral, had to tow it to the house. I took the gear shift cover off and everything looks good. I'm to the conclusion that it has to be the main drive shaft from the engine thru the transmission that is froze. I'd appreciate any advice.
