New tires go a long way as for price but even with new tires they are over priced. Depending on where your live also depends on value. Me I would be looking for a Ford 801 series in the 861 model which has live PTO and 5 forward speeds. Or if your In an area where there is a lot of Oliver's A super 55 would be what I would be looking for
