Apparently in response to Old 560's post on raccoons being poofed a Trash Panda in St Paul MN took it upon himself to protest. The varmit scaled some 20 stories and rested. It kept the citiots confused whereupon stinky cat food was placed on the roof of the building and after it's rest the rascal scaled to the top of the UBS Tower in the early hours Wednesday morning. It is not certain if the food or night fall aided the animal in completing it's quest. At this time the Trash Panda could not be reached for comment and it is unclear if charges will be filed.
