Morris and Esther had gone to town for groceries and such and Morris assumed his place at the cart while Esther did the selecting. As they passed the beverages Morris grabbed a six-pack and placed it in the cart. He was promptly scolded by Esther and was told to return it to the shelf as they did not have money in the budget for libation. Morris and Esther continued the shopping and when they got to the aisle of cosmetics and toiletries Esther slipped a pack of make-up in the cart. Noticing this Morris piped up and said that he thought they did not have money in the budget for frivolous items. Esther justified the action by telling Morris that the make-up helped her look pretty. Morris replied by saying "the six-Pack would have done that!"
