Well really if there is no hr meter how would he KNOW,he could make a guess.Even if there is an hr meter he still doesn't really know.I've seen tractors with a lot of hrs not really look like they had that many hrs on them and tractors been beat with few hrs that looked like they had a lot.Most of my tractors I have here any estimate of the number of hrs would be pure speculation and a made up number so I'd probably say How would I know?Would you really be able to positively say that a tractor had 6000 hrs and not 10,000 if you knew none of its history?
