That should work out good for you. I would use at least a #5000 jack. The tube is thicker as those rotary cutters put a lot of side bending load. IF it has the round mount make sure it is attached well. They get bent and really lean the jack even more.
Make sure and adjust the hitch so the front of the cutter is lower than the hack. Olivers have lower drawbars than many other tractors. There is two rods that go from the front hitch to the rear wheel lift. There are nits on that to level the cutter.
