My tire guy says to steer clear of BKT bias ply, Phillip. Their radials, though, are good value. He says that he has quit selling their bias tractor tires, blown sidewalls were killing him on warranty work. He does sell a lot of their radials and has very few complaints on those. Westlake is the offshore economy bias ply brand that he now recommends. I had never heard of them before but I ordered a pair this week for a tractor that does not do a lot heavy work. I will be able to tell you in a few years if his advice was good!
