This is a 4 plex that was built in the last year. New tenets have only moved in a couple of months ago. This building was built by a contractor and subs of their trade so they should know their stuff. The arrows are pointing to the window A/C they installed in the wall of each unit. You can see the rear of the unit is about flush with the outer wall with all the side vents covered by the wall. I wonder how long these A/C units will last with no ventilation?
