went through that twice with my wife's escape, no one ever touched the lugs except the dealer, twice I've made them replace all 20, there's a class action lawsuit starting against them over these POS nuts. I told my dealer that if my wife ever has a flat and we can't get them off, I will deliver it with a wrecker followed by the TV station setting up in their lot. I'm hunting some solid uncapped ones to replace them with, but the wheel has a pretty large taper and I don't like what I've found so far.
