Not sure I would charge an entry fee for the tractor ride, that would probably discourage participants, but if they are all church members, all on board with the idea, it might work.
Asking donations usually flies better, even having a minimum posted for lunch, baked goods, jellies, etc, will give people an idea what's expected, lessen confusion. Raffle tickets and door prizes work if you can find sponsors/donors.
Something that might add some fun to the tractor ride, a "photo scavenger hunt", take pictures of specific subjects along the way, or at break areas for safety. Then compare pictures, give prizes for the best, etc.
Upload one or more videos to your post. Photo filesizes should be less than 300K and Videos, less than 2MB. Formats allowed are gif, jpg, png, ogg, mp4, mov, and avi. Be sure to use filenames without spaces or special characters, and filetypes of 3 digits lower case.
