Well, of course you should keep it. What do these guys know that want you to cut it down? It will look great with your new building. There was a cartoon several years ago in an Iowa paper. It showed the last tree in Iowa with a new 4 lane hi way being built right up to it. OK, this is kind of tongue in cheek, but the chances of it falling on your building are pretty slim. Enjoy your old tree.
