I lived in NE Minnesota for many years and had a lot of parts deliveries by Fed Ex. I don't believe I ever had a problem with them. One thing I liked about Fed Ex and Speedee is that they came earlier in the day. I did have many deliveries as I was in the logging and trucking business and many parts were shipped to me.
I have since moved to Wisconsin and have only had one FedEx delivery and it was good.
