You could easily make one with a weld-on pulley and machine a PTO adapter to fit.
An M will turn over 540 RPM on the PTO. You'll find belt power is limited at low speeds, you may want twin drives. I've used a chain and a couple of sprockets to get the speed up before going to a v-belt.
