If you can stand the upset stomach, Aleve (generic) fixes the back. I realized long ago that my back problems, which I had most of my life, were caused by "spastic muscle" seizures responding to back exposure to something stressful. Stop those and you solve your back problems before they become a problem or if reactionary, with medication, to mitigate an existing problem.
