I was just reading an article in the Lancaster Farming Newspaper. It said a new trend is A 2 Milk,a type of milk that is as being more digestible than standard milk for some people. It went on to say,that U.S. Dairy cooperatives have been wary of offering A 2 milk,but Australian farmers have stated that A2 milk has given them an edge in the Asian market. I dont know much about the facts,,just what I read,,,thought I Would post this for some who may be involved or understand it better than I do.
