That is a fifth wheel or king pin guide and that is all Gramm made, some with a coupling pole to use any bed, others made with a steel flat bed that served os connection between front and rear axles and the front axle could be completely turned around as yours apperes in the picture. I have never heard of a Colby made on that design, all I have ever heard of were automobile type guide. I did have 2 of them one with 5 lug wheels, other woth 6 lug wheels. Galion is not that far from Wapakoneta so would be in dealer distance, not like being on the west coast. Could you post a close up pick of the hitch?
