The new stuff seems to be trash.I helped my dad do a couple,he's 82 and can't do them himself anymore.10 months later he called and told me to go look at the job.It was worse than the stuff he had taken off,and he had put that on 20-25 years ago.the guy that owned the place said if I didn't know better I would have said you didn't replace it at all.I replaced it with rubber,and have another one of his jobs gone bad I am going to replace with rubber.The EPDM rubber being used has been holding up well from what I've seen.A mobile home repair man told me he has a couple of hundred rubber roofs under his belt,and the only problems have been from accidents,and a couple by screw ups by his help.To buy it off the shelf here right now it is $200.for a 10X25 piece,and the cement runs about $190.for a 5 gallon bucket.
