One guy I do repairs for has one with one shift fork that’s bad. None to be had as this is a week point. Going to tear down sometime this winter and see what we can do. Other then that they are a decent tractor. As for the brakes being locked up I’d make sure that the rod coming out of the axle housing returns when the pedal is up. Maybe the break discs are wore enough that the balls are getting stuck and not returning when the pedal is up. You have to pull axle housing to change the breaks so it’s a job!
