Yea I guess there aren't many farmers that want to get out of the air conditioned/heated cabs and actually do some hands on labor these days,but around me there are a good number of young guys and gals that are willing to do just that,plus the Mennonites still don't mind doing hands on work if there is money to be made doing it.
