the best way I know off without pulling off the head is to take off the valve cover and rocker shaft and squirt some kerosene mixed with oil onto the valve stem and work it manually until it frees up. DO NOT hit the valve stem sideways! It will break off or bend. Also use a brass hammer or brass rod to tap the valve stems. As far as the fan goes I can't help you there . I have an F-12 and there is no fitting on it either but there is a slotted screw head in the hub that might be a place to put some 160 weight gear oil in. I don't have the lubrication book. Maybe someone can add the info and help both of us out about the fan.
