This message is a reply to an archived post by Mike M on March 01, 2018 at 04:41:33. The original subject was "Re: rural king tractors".
Rural King is selling RK Tractors, final assembly in the USA (meaning put on tires, ROPS and ??). They are built in South Korea by Tong Yang Moolsan (TYM), which is one of the main Korean builders. TYM also owns Kukje which builds Branson. TYM was originally based on Iseki designs (builders of Bolens, Massey Ferguson, White, AGCO & Challenger compacts).
TYM has sold under their brand in USA for several years, and have also been sold under Mahindra (still are), Montana, Sorpion, Millenium and Cabella's.
Rural King first sold tractors built in China by Jinma and Foton. I don't believe the Jiangxi shown in this thread was ever sold by RK. And they sold Massey Ferguson at 8 stores for awhile.
TYM seem to be rated well in terms of reliability and price.
