I'll bet your miss was the same problem we had with this GM 350 in the 510. It only showed up at slow idle. Turned out to be a hairline crack in one of the hydraulic lifters. We replaced it and the combine ran just fine for as long as we had it. I know I have posted videos of it here before but in case anybody missed, here is one from 1988.
