Heat the area around the drain plug a number of times and let cool. May take 4 or 5 times. If it is the cast iron pan be careful not the heat it to hot or it could crack due to uneven heating. If it is the sheet metal pan not a problem with cracking. Worse case is you have to pull the pan off and then take a drill bit from the inside and drill it out. Use a bit that is smaller then the plug it self and that might even make it twist out
