Not to take anything away from the skill set but that swivel is called a tiltrotator. I believe they are Swedish built. They are a major add on. You take the joysticks out of your hoe and put there’s in also the take over the electronic side of your controls and tie into the hydraulic pump/system. The system takes over to smooth things out considerably as for the gravel spreading they also have grade control. They are very expensive and I think the reason you rarely see them in the states is we tend to show up to a job with an excavator dozer and a skid steer or loader. Over there I think they do many things with one machine
