Prognosticators here all agree we need one inch of snow for it to be officially a white Christmas. Well, we got that overnight, and it should stay for a day or so. Friday's forecast is for rain and 45 degrees plus, not good for man nor beast. If you look closely at the centre of the picture you may see some round bales. Neighbour cut and bales oatlage sown after winter wheat harvest, wrapped and used to supplement dry hay stocks. Sure was odd watching him cut and bale while the snow was falling! Ben
