Last summer wife and I went walking the off road bike trails here in town. We had never been very far back there before, they are quite extensive, easy to get turned around. We had encountered a few riders, others walking.
Then we met Mr. kilt! A middle age man, walking by himself. Yes he was wearing a kilt, a very, very short kilt! As in the bottom half of his... Well you get the "picture"!
And he wanted to talk, telling us all about his volunteer work he puts in keeping the trails maintained and developing new ones. I suspect that was all nonsense as the park is city property, maintained by the city.
He may have been telling the truth, didn't seem unusual other than his choice of apparel, but we had to go, the other way! LOL
