The 45 degree bar tires were OE 'way back when' and are only made by the Titan ( Armstrong ) company here in the states anymore. Many people dont want the "overseas" tires. I'm not sure but on second thought Michelin may have one in their old BF Goodrich line. The angle of your bar is measured in relatonship to either the centerline of the tire or the sidewall.
