Noise Measurement

Would anyone with a 1940s/1950s Cat dozer or
grader, and who lives in Northern California,
allow me to take noise measurements of his
equipment? I am an attorney in Sacramento and
represent a Quarry in the Bay Area. The Quarry
needs noise measurements of 1940s/1950s equipment
so that it can compare those measurements with
measurements from its current equipment. The
measurements would not take long -- only the
amount of time needed for my noise consultant to
set up his equipment and take them with the
equipment operating.
