If you have the long tension springs, then be sure to run a cable thru it and fasten SECURELY at both ends. Years ago I heard a shotgun blast in the garage. Went to look and a broken end of a spring was imbedded in the far wall....no cable was in it to keep it from flying around at rapid speed. The rotary springs are scary if you let a winding rod get away from you.
