If it hasn't been started since warm weather, most likely scenerio is frozen water in fuel system someplace. Most likely in fuel filter or the line someplace. Probly have to thaw it out somehow. It's probly to late to treat fuel in tank with heat. The fuel needs to flow to have treated fuel in the rest of the system. Otherwise, if it was ran 2 days ago in similar temps, and no fuel has been added to tank since last ran, something has probly went hay wire. Bad pump, plugged filter, etc.
