Never have seen one quite like that. There is a web site that has a lot of pictures of vintage electric meters. Classicmeters dot com. Under vintage meters they show lots of old meters, and non of them quite like yours. They also take old meters and turn them into desk lamps. I found one at a flea market about 10 years ago. Had an engraved brass plate; must have been a retirement gift for someone.
