Just another $.02 worth on top of what Franz said. Pumps produce VOLUME, not pressure. Restrictions in the system create pressure.
No matter what pump you use, be certain to use hoses of suffcient size and rated for the system pressure you will be operating with. If you are unsure, as you have stated your lacking of hydraulic knowledge, ASK SOMEONE!!!!!!! Don`t blow your self up with oil.
