I agree with Jim, the Delco 10SI would be reliable, simple, and cheap. 12SI is a later version, same case size. I get one for a 1983 Chevy Suburban.
If your 3010 has the charge indicator light be sure and get a 3 wire, not a 1 wire alternator. Connect the lamp connection at the generator/alternator end to the #1 edge pin on the Delco alternator and it will excite when you start the tractor so you don't need to rev the engine to get it to charge. #2 pin can loop down to the output
