for me its beef that gets my gout going. at times my feet hurt so bad can not even walk on them. pork does not react so bad. try to stick with chicken mostly. red meat is bad. and ya uric acid gets too high and forms crystals in the feet. have to take Allopurinal now to control it. beer is bad too, but how can you not have beer on a hot day. heard that the clear whiskeys are better also but none is the best. used to hate vodka but now kinda stick to that. rye was my drink but had to give that up. plus seafood like shrimp and sardines is bad too. too much purines in them. you need to get a blood check on the situation. all I know is when doctor says im low on iron I go buy another tractor.
