pull the carb plug and see if it will fill a soda bottle,I would guess it will not fill it before the flow slows down. Then if low flow just unhook the line,sediment bowl etc you find the problem. If the flow is good it has to be in the carb or a bad carb /intake gasket.(vacuum leak)
